To register, follow these steps:

Set up your browser. Enable JavaScript. Accept cookies.
Use Navigator or Internet Explorer.
Create a coach account to make team reservations.
Do this now, if you don't have one.
Open your coach account to make a team reservation.
Make a reservation for each team you plan to bring to the contest. Do this now to insure slots for your teams.

Open your coach account to complete registration.
Identify all team members and guests. Please be aware of the rules concerning team member composition https://hq-icpc.baylor.edu/icpc/Regionals/About.htm#Composition. Fulfill all regional contest requirements. Complete registration on or before October 6, 2006. Online registration is deemed complete only when all team members have verified their information.
Pay registration fee.
Please take note of the fees and billing instructions. Payments made on or before September 10, 2006 will avail of the early registration fee. Payments made after September 10, 2006 will pay the regular registration fee.
 

Deadline for all payments is on October 15, 2006. Teams that have not paid by then will be deleted from the roster of participants. Teams are considered registered only if they have completed their online information and have paid the registration fee.
